Open to secondary/high school leavers
Based on actual academic and co-curricular result with a Letter of Recommendation from the school principal

The Outstanding Youth Award is awarded to secondary school-leavers who are newly enrolled into a foundation or degree program. The student must have excelled academically and/or participated in co-curricular activities at inter-school, inter-state or international level, while still in secondary school.
